Chile-Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles, drained
1 doz. eggs
Preparation

Spread half of the grated cheese over a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread the green chiles over the cheese and top with remaining cheese. Beat eggs with juice from chiles.
Pour over cheese mixture. Dust with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
