Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 large Cool Whip
    sliced bananas
Preparation
    Boil pineapple and sugar together and add jello and water. Chill.
    Fold in the rest of the ingredients and chill until firm. Makes a large salad.
