Honeyed Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Sue Bee honey
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 large cooked, sliced yams
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except yams; cook until clear.
    Pour over cooked yams.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    (Delicious over baked apples, too.)
