Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. grated Parmigiana cheese
1 pkg. crab delight or sea legs
6 oz. cooked fettucini
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour.
Add half and half.
Stir until thick.
Add Parmigiana cheese.
Cook and stir.
Fold in crab pieces.
Heat 3 minutes.
Stir.
Toss fettucini with sauce. Sprinkle on parsley.
Serve immediately.
