No-Egg Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. dill pickles, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. mustard
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (more if needed)
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes, allow to cool.
Combine potatoes and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Sprinkle with paprika.
