Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Ritz crackers
    margarine
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients, except crackers and margarine.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish; top with crushed crackers and dot with margarine.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
