Bird'S Nest Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in half
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (1 c.)
    1 lb. bulk Italian or turkey sausage
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Break spaghetti in half and cook until done; drain.
    While spaghetti is warm, combine eggs and Parmesan cheese.
    Press spaghetti into bottom and up sides of a well-greased 10-inch pie plate with a spoon.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix with sour cream and spread over crust (spaghetti).
