Broccoli Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in water until tender-crisp.
    Beat eggs with garlic, cheese and seasonings in bowl.
    Stir in drained broccoli. Heat olive oil in skillet.
    Add egg mixture.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Turn with spatula.
    Cook until light brown.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings.
