Cucumber And Watercress Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz. size) thin cucumber
1/4 tsp. salt
1 loaf bread
1/2 bunch watercress
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

About 2 hours before or early in the day wash cucumber and cut about 16 paper thin slices from it before peeling.
Set the slices aside and wrap in Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate for garnish.
Peel the rest of the cucumber and slice into paper-thin slices.
Toss in a bowl with the salt.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Remove leaves from watercress.
Save some for garnish.
Wrap and refrigerate.
