Brown Sugar Nut Kiss Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. light brown sugar, well packed
Preparation
    Bet egg white stiff, but not dry.
    Mash out sugar smooth.
    Add to egg white slowly, beating all the while with egg beater.
    Add the nuts; stir in well.
    Drop on well buttered cookie sheet small teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart.
    Bake for 15 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 24 to 48 cookies.
