Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    noodles
Preparation
    Cut round steak in strips and dust in flour.
    Brown in butter, then add chopped onion, mushrooms and beef broth.
    Simmer slowly until meat is tender (about 1/2 to 3/4 hour).
    Add 1/2 pint sour cream.
    Pour over one half of 8 ounce package cooked noodles.
