Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 c. Heinz chili sauce
2/3 c. grape jelly
Preparation

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, milk, garlic salt, salt and pepper and form into 1-inch balls.
Brown balls slightly in vegetable oil.
Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.
Drain excess oil.
In another pan, combine chili sauce and jelly.
Heat until jelly turns to liquid.
Pour over meatballs.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
Pour into crock-pot and cook 1 hour.
