7 Hour Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head lettuce, broken into small pieces
1 small head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 small red sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Oscar Mayer real bacon bits
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Layer ingredients in long Pyrex or Tupperware container in order as listed, beginning with lettuce and ending with mayonnaise.
As the last layer, sprinkle bacon bits on top. Cover tightly and let stand in refrigerator at least 7 hours, overnight is better.
Toss about one hour before serving time.
