Whole Wheat Banana Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firmly set. Cool.
    Remove from pan and cut into sticks.
    Put onto a cookie sheet and bake at 150\u00b0 for 1 hour longer until sticks are hard and crunchy.
    Store in tightly covered container.
    Yield:
    35 servings.
