Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2/3 c. skim milk
Preparation
