Leek And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. finely diced bacon
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 bunch leeks, sliced fine
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    water (to cover potatoes)
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    In frying pan, cook bacon until lightly browned.
    Add onions. Cook until tender; drain and set aside.
