Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. zucchini, cubed and cooked 2 to 3 minutes
1/2 c. onion, seasoned
1/2 box bread cubes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
