Chicken With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 halves chicken breast
    salt
    pepper
    egg
    bread crumbs
    butter
    2 large minced onions
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Dip in egg, then in bread crumbs and brown in butter.
    Cook well.
    Saute onions in 1/2 stick butter until soft (5 minutes).
    Add broth and simmer 15 minutes.
    Pour cream and onion mixture in blender and puree.
    Cover chicken with sauce and grated cheese and broil until cheese is melted.
