Grandmother Cole'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. apples, chopped
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    butterscotch bits
Preparation
    Mix by hand adding apples and nuts last.
    Sprinkle butterscotch bits on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in a 13-inch Pyrex dish for 55 to 60 minutes.
