Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crabmeat, flaked
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 to 5 drops Tabasco
2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 green onion
1 green pepper
butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute chopped green onion with tops and chopped green pepper in butter or margarine.
Mix all together except buttered crumbs.
Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole or individual shells.
Sprinkle top with 2 cups buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
