Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large egg, beaten
    4 oz. American cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. buttered crumbs
    salt
Preparation
    Saute butter and onion; stir in flour and salt.
    Add water and cook until thick.
    Add cheese; stir until blended.
    Combine with broccoli; blend in beaten egg and pour in greased baking dish. Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
