Ingredients

1 Stick Butter, softened
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Pecan Pieces, optional
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Container of 8 or 9 oz. Cool Whip or 1 Package of Dream Whip and save half
1 Large Box Instant Pudding
2 1/2 Cups Milk
Preparation

Combine butter, flour, powdered sugar, nuts and place on bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 cool whip and place on top of crust.
Mix pudding and milk and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining half of cool whip and sprinkle with pecans.
