Apricot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 small cans apricot nectar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Blend top 5 ingredients until moist.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into pre-greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Let stand in pan for 15 minutes.
Cool on rack for 15 minutes until it is at room temperature.
