Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans sweet potatoes or fresh ones, cooked
    2 cans cranberry sauce (whole)
    2 c. bread crumbs (broken slices, really not fine crumbs)
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Butter a shallow baking dish 12 x 8-inch.
    Slice potatoes in thick slices, arrange one layer, then top with cranberry sauce, brown sugar, butter and crumbs; repeat until dish is filled.
    Be sure sweet potatoes and crumbs make the top layer and add a little more butter on top.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about half an hour--no more.
    Serves 8 generously.
    This is delicious with ham, pork, turkey or chicken.
