Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 c. white or 15 c. yellow popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 2-quart covered microwave-safe bowl.
    Add all other ingredients, except soda, and stir well.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High for 30 seconds; remove and stir.
    Microwave another 30 seconds; remove and stir.
    Microwave for 4 minutes and 45 seconds, uncovered, on High.
    Remove from oven and stir in soda.
    Stir well.
