Filled Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices white bread
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced salami
    1 (10 oz. ) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Tear bread into small pieces.
    Add ground meat, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper.
    Mix well on waxed paper.
    Pat mixture into a 12 x 8-inch size.
    Arrange salami slices to cover meat. Top with chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) and cheese. Starting at narrow end, roll in jelly roll fashion, lifting wax paper to help shape roll.
    Place in pan seam side down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    When loaf starts to brown, cover loosely with tent of folded foil to prevent oven browning.
