Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, grated or chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender. Peel potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, dill and onion. Place mixture in baking dish. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes, until cheese melts.
