Shut Your Face Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 oz. can crabmeat
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 lb. white mushrooms
    mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and discard.
    Mix crabmeat, breadcrumbs, egg white, garlic, lemon juice and butter until thoroughly blended.
    Stuff mushroom caps to overflowing and place on a slightly greased cookie sheet.
    Cut cheese into squares (about size and thickness of an M&M) and press into each mushroom. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
    Mushrooms should shrink and stuffing should brown.
    Serve with cold beer, wine or gin martinis.
