Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry, lime or orange gelatin
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, gelatins and lemon juice.
    Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Cool mixture until it begins to thicken.
    Stir in Cool Whip and buttermilk.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish; congeal.
