Edward'S Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all cooked vegetables and mayonnaise.
    Place 1/2 mixture in 8 x 8-inch casserole.
    Top with cheese and margarine.
    Layer again. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
