Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. fresh apples, sliced rather coarse
walnuts (if desired)
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix eggs, vanilla, oil, apples and sugar.
Sift dry ingredients and mix with apple mixture.
Bake in a 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This cake is delicious hot or served 2 days later.
