Opal'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
10 c. flour
4 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Mix yeast in water; set aside.
Mix buttermilk, shortening and sugar.
Add yeast.
Add flour to make soft dough.
Pour onto greased surface and knead 6 to 8 minutes.
Put into large greased bowl; turn to grease both sides.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, pinch out rolls into desired shape.
Put in greased pan.
Let raise 2 to 3 hours.
Brush with butter.
Bake at 420\u00b0 until golden brown.
Dough will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
Good while hot with butter.
