Night Before French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) loaf long thin French bread
    8 large eggs
    3 c. milk
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. margarine, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Use extra butter to grease a 15 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Cut bread into 1-inch thick slices and arrange in one layer in bottom of pan.
