Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 oz. red cake coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Make paste of vinegar and cocoa.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add vinegar and cocoa mixture.
    Add flour, soda and salt together with milk, vanilla and coloring.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Grease and flour pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
