Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cut in large chunks
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    In plastic bag, mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Shake potato chunks in mixture to coat.
    Melt margarine in baking dish. Put coated potatoes in butter in 1 layer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, turning once during cooking.
