Dragon Tail Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    5 stalks celery, cut up
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut up
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a large pot, put potatoes, sausage, celery and onions and cover with water. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour. Add the soups and stir well. Cook for 1 hour. Serve with warm bread and butter.
