Libby'S Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 Land O Lakes margarine, softened
1 c. Land O Lakes sour cream
3 eggs
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sugar and margarine in large mixer bowl.
Beat at medium speed until creamy (1 minute).
Add sour cream, eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
