Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice mix
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimento, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine milk, water and soup. Stir or whisk.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into ungreased 3-quart casserole.
    Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes more or until rice is tender.
    Stir once, halfway through baking.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
