Turnip Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked turnips
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mash cooked turnips.
    Add 1/2 cup crumbs, beaten egg, cream, salt and sugar.
    Mix together.
    Add milk gradually.
    Place in a greased baking dish and cover with remaining crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve at once.
