Millionaire'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. cold milk
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
juice of 1 lemon
1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
1 envelope (1.3 oz.) whipped topping mix
Preparation

Make the whipped topping according to package directions, using milk and vanilla.
Stir in the pineapple, pecans, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; mix well.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
