Mother'S Day Brunch Baked Spanish Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Saute the onions and pepper in the butter until lightly browned.
    Place evenly on bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Carefully break the eggs, keeping the yolks intact, placing them evenly in the pan over the onion/green pepper mixture.
