Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. summer squash, cooked and mashed
    2 c. cornbread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 stick butter, halved and melted
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Cheddar, grated
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick butter in bottom of casserole dish.
    Mix squash,
    crumbs,
    onions,
    egg, sage, salt and pepper and turn into
    casserole
    dish.
    Pour
    remaining melted butter over the top and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
