Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    2 c. very fine bread crumbs
    1 c. very fine cornbread crumbs
    1 medium onion
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    sugar
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of water until tender.
    Drain well and mash fine.
    Grate onion and saute in butter until done.
    Mix all ingredients; chill.
    Make into croquettes and roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat.
