Seafood Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. cooked seafood (shrimp, etc.)
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in oil until tender.
    Add tomato paste, water and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Add seafood and heat through.
    Serve on hot rice.
    Makes about 4 servings.
