Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (29 oz.) sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, milk and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into mashed potatoes and blend well.
    Stir in coconut, pecans and nutmeg.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
