Pecan Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour with salt; set aside.
    In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter, margarine, sugar, cream and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
    Stir in flour mixture until well combined.
    Stir in nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden.
    Remove to wire rack; cool.
