Fried Mullet Southern Style(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. mullet
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    corn meal
    fat
Preparation
    Clean and wash the fish.
    Dry on clean towel.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Dip into slightly beaten egg.
    Roll in corn meal.
    Fry in deep fat.
    Drain on crushed paper.
