Beef And Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
2 medium onions, minced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and drain, leaving a little oil in the pan.
Add onions and garlic.
Stir in sauce, tomatoes and seasonings.
Cook over low heat until thick; about 25 minutes.
Cook the macaroni and drain.
Prepare a 3-quart greased casserole by filling it with layers of macaroni, beef mixture and cheeses.
Top with Mozzarella.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
