Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3-4 lbs sweet potatoes
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm can of crushed pineapple
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. allspice
1 sm bottle of marashino cherries
1 c. raisins
2 c. pecans
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Strain them.
Beat eggs well. Mix milk, sugar and eggs into potatoes.
Beat well or stir thoroughly.
Mix in pineapples.
Add allspice.
Mix in raisins, cherries, pecans and marshmallows.
Pour into a large baking dish and sprinkle with coconut.
