Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. cucumbers, sliced or about 5 lb. baby cucumbers
2 or 3 large onions, sliced thin
1 qt. white vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. canning salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
-
Mix last 6 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer a few minutes.
Cool.
Pour over pickles and onions.
Refrigerate. Ready to eat in 7 days.
